Terms of service
┊USER AGREEMENT TERMS┊ꕥ This agreement is a contract between you ("the Commissioner") and Tama IgnisꕥBy making an order and completing payment, you agree to comply with
all of the terms and conditions listed below.ꕥ Please read carefully before making a request.
✦Commissions and Payments✦・Before commissioning me, please have the .pds file prepared with the correct separation of parts.・I am willing to work collaboratively with the artist, notifying them in case any alterations or separations are needed. Any additional charges by the artist will be settled with the client.・Payments are accepted only via Paypal・Once I am ready to start your order, I will let you know and send you an invoice. Payment must then be done 50% upfront and 50% after completion, or 100% upfront.・If the client requests confidentiality, meaning I will not disclose images or videos of the product, a fee of $100 will be charged.✦Delivery and Refunds✦・I have a maximum deadline of 1 month from the start of the work for delivery.・If any unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the established delivery deadline, I commit to immediately notify the Client.・ The final files to use in VTube Studio will only be sent after full payment, along with a simple model showcase video.・Within one month after delivery, I will be willing to make small alterations and bug corrections, if any, at no additional charge. After this period, any alterations will be subject to charges.・Refunds are generally not offered , except under very specific circumstances. The Rigger will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or issues raised by the Commissioner.✦Ownership and Image Rights✦・After delivery, the client has full freedom to use the product for commercial purposes.・I retain the right to use the product solely for promotional purposes in my work. The Commissioner and collaborating artists will always be credited.✦Confidentiality✦・Under no circumstances may the Commissioner and the Rigger disclose each other's personal information to third parties.

I am open to suggestions and will do my best to meet the client's expectations.For results that closely match what you desire, please provide videos and photos of reference rigs, expressions, etc.
